Coachcraft
and Leisure repairs some 1,000 caravans a year
and services in excess of 500. The Company was established in 1993 and the present owner has
over twenty years experience in the caravan trade. Skilled staff includes qualified electricians, gas central heating engineers,
carpenters, plumbers, mechanics and panelling and spraying technicians. The centre tackles
insurance repairs, servicing, fitting of accessories, and a large amount of warranty work is carried
out for many of our manufacturers.
We
boast a recent expansion to offer even better Customer Care and quality repairs to the Motorcaravan
and Caravan owner, a large storage and sales area, customer reception area as well as four
extra repair bays to accommodate longer and more complex repairs.
Most
of our customers are based within a 60-mile radius of the South West, but we also do have
others nationwide. Most of our work now comes through word of mouth from our vast customer
base that we have built up over the last few years, showing that maintaining quality workmanship
breeds loyalty and further business.
Much
of the work we undertake involves accident damage, but as much as 45% is now taken by water ingress
problems. We supply free estimates for accident damage and give you a very competitive quote
that doesn't compromise on quality.
We
use manufacturers such as; the 'Swift' group, Abbey, Stirling, Coachman-Compass, ABI, Fleetwood
and Elddis, and all highly recommend us for repairs on behalf of clients.
During the summer season a great deal of time is spent keeping the holiday visitors caravans
functional and also answering their queries. We are happy to perform a site call-out service,
picking up the customers vehicle, taking it to our workshop where we perform the repairs
or service and returning it. We know that by doing that little bit extra, we ensure a customer's
satisfaction.
Pre-owned
selections of quality second hand caravans are always in stock. Prepared to the highest standard,
our caravans are all thoroughly inspected, checked mechanically inside and out and prepared to
tip top condition by our modern workshop. Our staff ensure that the caravan is in full working
order and is as good as new. As an additional service, we are also able to offer a sales service
for customers wishing to sell a particular vehicle.
We
aim to eventually offer the caravan enthusiast every kind of service to keep caravans in 1st
class condition including selected 2nd hand spares which are now becoming obsolete or very
expensive for older caravans.

open MON - THURS 8.30am - 5.30pm, FRI 8.30am - 4.30pm and SAT 8.30am-1pm, SUN 8.30am-4pm (May-Sept)
